Welcome to Keyboard Dweebs! As some of you have seen, Things have changed around here! We are no longer a shop that sells keyboards. Making keyboards is one of my favorite things to do. Selling them… That’s a different story.
So you might ask; what direction is Keyboard Dweebs headed? That is a great question. I don’t have a perfect answer just yet. I don’t want this to be a clone of KBD.news. I’m sure that over time it will evolve into something cool. For now I will be posting the projects that I am working on. Some build guides. Stuff about my keyboard journey. If that is something that piques your interest then please. Come along for the ride!
I have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve made. I have a lot of cool stuff that I’m working on. Thanks for stopping by.
All of my projects can be found on my Github.

What lead you to stop selling keyboards? What makes selling them so difficult?
Running the store isn’t that difficult if I am being completely honest. It is that coupled with having a full time job, a tattoo studio, and 2 kids that makes taking on additional business ventures that much more difficult. I just don’t have that much free time anymore. As you can see, I haven’t even been able to keep up with this blog either. Making things and writing is my passion, not necessarily the business side of it. I dreaded it. The only reason I ever started the store was because I wanted to fund the hobby. I never really sold anything for a profit either. It was just so I could break even on every project that I got invested in. Just about 2 years ago I doubled my salary, and funding the hobby is something that I have the luxury of doing with my full time job now, fortunately.
